Emerald Gakki is based in Japan and sells used musical instruments, records, accessories, and related items.

International shipping may be available for some products, but we do not accept automatic checkout for international orders at this time.

International customers are required to contact us before purchasing.

Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to shipping regulations, material restrictions, manufacturer policies, or import restrictions in the destination country.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs（配送方法と送料）
International shipping is handled by EMS or other suitable carriers, depending on the destination country, item size, item value, and shipping conditions.
（海外発送は、お届け先国、商品のサイズ、商品価値、配送状況に応じて、EMSまたはその他の適切な配送業者で対応いたします。）
Shipping costs are not fixed and will be quoted individually after we confirm the item and destination.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and international transportation circumstances.
（配送日数は、通関手続き、現地の配送状況、国際輸送の事情により変動する場合があります。）
3. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Fees（関税・輸入税・各種手数料）
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, VAT, and any other charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
（お届け先国で発生する関税、輸入税、通関手数料、VAT、その他の費用はお客様のご負担となります。）
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise.
（これらの費用は、特別に明記されている場合を除き、商品代金および送料には含まれておりません。）
Please check with your local customs office before purchasing if you are unsure about possible import costs.

4. CITES and Restricted Materials（ワシントン条約・規制対象素材）
Some musical instruments and accessories may contain materials regulated under CITES or other international regulations.
（一部の楽器やアクセサリーには、ワシントン条約またはその他の国際規制の対象となる素材が含まれている場合があります。）
Examples may include certain types of wood, shell, ivory, leather, or other natural materials.

If an item requires an export permit, import permit, or other official documentation, we may not be able to ship it internationally.

We may also decline international shipping if the material cannot be clearly identified.

5. Used Items（中古品について）
Many of our products are used or vintage items.

Used items may have scratches, wear, discoloration, signs of use, repaired parts, replacement parts, or age-related changes.

We make every effort to describe the condition accurately, but condition standards may vary from person to person.

6. Manufacturer and Brand Restrictions（メーカー・ブランドによる販売制限）
Some brands or products may not be available for international shipping due to manufacturer policies, distribution agreements, or regional sales restrictions.

Even if an item is listed on our website, we may not be able to sell or ship it outside Japan.

7. Records and Media Items（レコード・メディア商品について）
Records, CDs, books, magazines, catalogs, and other media items are also sold as used items unless otherwise stated.
（レコード、CD、書籍、雑誌、カタログ、その他のメディア商品も、特別な記載がない限り中古品として販売しています。）
They may have scratches, stains, marks, aging, writing, torn sleeves, or other signs of use.
（これらの商品には、傷、汚れ、シミ、経年劣化、書き込み、ジャケットの破れ、その他の使用感がある場合があります。）
For records, playback condition may vary depending on the playback equipment and environment.
（レコードの再生状態は、再生機器や再生環境によって異なる場合があります。）

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations（返品・返金・キャンセルについて）
International orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
（海外発送の商品は、発送後のキャンセルをお受けできません。）
Returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons such as:

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
（商品が破損して到着した場合は、商品、梱包材、配送ラベルの写真を添えて、すぐにご連絡ください。）
We will review the situation and assist with the carrier’s claim process when applicable.
（状況を確認し、必要に応じて配送業者への補償申請手続きをサポートいたします。）
9. False Declarations and Undervaluing（虚偽申告・過少申告について）
We cannot declare a false value, mark commercial goods as gifts, or provide inaccurate product descriptions on customs documents.

All customs documents will be prepared according to the actual transaction details.
